Superstar Attorney Moves On March 1, 2002
Burl Livingston Esquire, fresh off his recent prosecution of Pheeler Rhump,
has announced plans to move his law practice to Los Angeles. The fame
that he received for the relentless persecution of Rhump has allowed him
the flexibility to escape the small town. He hopes to re-open his law
practice and continue his climb up the social ladder.
Picking up the Pieces February 17, 2002
Life has returned to normal here in the picturesque Town of Deep Creek.
Twenty investigators from around the region brought a killer to justice
using only their wits(?)we haven't figured that out yet), their investigative
skills, and any alcohol that they could find along the way. Following
the conviction of Pheeler Rhump for the murder of Kitty Palmer, the Town's
residents are once again free to resume their peaceful lives: drinking,
cursing in hottubs, playing Candyass Land, and giving backrubs. Life will
never be the same for the four town residents most affected by the murder,
Buck Walton, Mr. Palmer, Pheeler Rhump, and Burl Livingston, Esquire.
Pheeler Convicted January 15, 2002
Pheeler Rhump was convicted today for the murder of Kitty Palmer. He was
sentenced to life in prison for the crime. Prosecuting attorney Burl Livingston
issued the following statement "This is a real victory for the little
guy. Pheeler will finally serve the time that he owes the state."
The victim's father, Mr. Palmer expressed satisfaction that justice has
been served (over-easy, with a side of toast).
Pheeler Arrested October 22, 2001
After an extensive investigation, the detectives that were brought in
to solve the murder of Kitty Palmer fingered Pheeler Rhump as the killer.
Pheeler, an aquaintance of the victim, Kitty Palmer, was known to be stalking
the victim before the crime. Pheeler continues to claim his innocence.
Mr. Palmer, the victim's father issued this statement: "I'm glad
that this terrible crime has been solved. I look forward to putting Pheeler
away for a very long time. Town Attorney Burl Livingston, Equire will
prosecute the case for the state. Private Dan, DCPD served the arrest
warrant against Pheeler.
Buck Arrested, Belligerent October 15, 2001
Buck Walton was incarcerated over night in the County Drunk Tank after
being arrested following a long night of binge drinking at J&Gs Pub.
He allegedly assaulted several of the investigators in Town working on
the Kitty Palmer Murder Case. Mr. Walton claims to have no recollection
of the events. He is expected to receive community service time coaching
football to inner-city children in exchange for his crime.
